About Us

My name is Victoria Gilson Torres. I am the owner and baker at Sea Spray Confections.

I have lived in Southern Maine most of my life, aside from time spent abroad as a missionary.

My husband and I live locally with our two young kiddos. Supporting and being active in our community is very important to us. 

My family has been feeding the people that we love for many generations. It's my pleasure

to continue the trend. Fun fact: My favorite cupcake pan

was inherited from my "Grampa Dumas", who owned and operated Henri's Restaurant in Wells!

I discovered my love for cooking very early on, but never thought life would ever look like this! What an absolute blessing it has been to watch this hobby evolve into a full-time adventure.

I have found that so many of our favorite foods are filled with unnecessary ingredients. Time to simplify things. You have enough to do already... let me take care of the baking!
